Let’s make berryific pies together! We invite you into our kitchen to learn all about the wonderful world of making artisan pies!

Join our CRUST team for the afternoon and see everything we do behind the scenes to make our legendary pies! This class will be led by a CRUST baker who will lead you down the path of excellent culinary instruction and advice. During class, you’ll learn exactly how to make our American Berry Double Crust and Cherry Blackberry Crumb Top pies using our top-secret recipes! Along the way, our baker will give you a bunch of tips and tricks for traditional pie-making, well, it’s as easy as pie! Class sizes are limited so we can be in the kitchen with each student, giving them the personal time and instruction needed to learn more about artisan pie making! Our goal is to inspire your inner baker, teach you a ton about traditional baking methods, and most importantly make sure you have loads of fun while you do it!

Fruit pies from CRUST have earned a loyal following over the years, and it’s no wonder. Flaky crusts are shaped and crimped by hand. Real fruit is tossed with sugar, tapioca, and a splash of lemon juice… no canned fillings here! Every berry pie holds 2 pounds of fresh fruit. Having made thousands of pies since we opened our doors, we’d like to invite you into our kitchens where you’ll learn a few tricks of the trade.

TAKE HOME:
Participants will leave class with TWO whole baked fruit pies ready to be served at home.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• An apron and a rolling pin.
• If you have long hair, please bring a hair restraint.
• A smile, an open-mind, and the excitement to learn!

GENERAL THOUGHTS:
We understand and expect that each student will work at different speeds. We ask that you are courteous to your classmates and have patience. We have limited the class size to be sure everyone will get the time and instruction needed to have a safe and fun class!

In the event where you absolutely cannot attend the class, we do allow your ticket to be reassigned to a new name. **By purchasing this ticket, you acknowledge that any photographs taken at this event may be used for internal or promotional purposes. **When your ticket is purchased, you will be added to a roster. We will check this roster by name when you arrive.
