When it comes to the holidays, eating delicious food comes to mind. But while many festivities center around the savory offerings on the table, for many the real treat and holiday highlight comes last, but not least! No holiday dinner would be complete without at least one of these pies on your dessert table! We invite you into our kitchen to learn how to make these holiday delicacies and about the wonderful world of making artisan pies!
Join our CRUST team for the afternoon and see everything we do behind the scenes to make our legendary pies! This class will be led by a CRUST baker who will lead you down the path of excellent culinary instruction and advice. During class, you’ll learn exactly how to make our Cranberry Walnut and Pecan pies using our top-secret recipes! Along the way, our baker will give you a bunch of tips and tricks for traditional pie-making, well, it’s as easy as pie! Class sizes are limited so we can be in the kitchen with each student, giving them the personal time and instruction needed to learn more about artisan pie making! Our goal is to inspire your inner baker, teach you a ton about traditional baking methods, and most importantly make sure you have loads of fun while you do it!
Holiday pies from CRUST have earned a loyal following over the years. When you bite into your Cranberry Walnut or Pecan pies with their hand crimped, flaky crust, you’ll see why! Having made thousands of pies since we opened our doors, we’d like to invite you into our kitchens where you’ll learn a few tricks of the trade.
Participants will leave class with:
• Participants will leave class with TWO whole baked nut pies ready to be served at home.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• An apron.
• If you have long hair, please bring a hair restraint.
• A smile, an open-mind, and the excitement to learn!
We understand and expect that each student will work at different speeds. We ask that you are courteous to your classmates and have patience. We have limited the class size to be sure everyone will get the time and instruction needed to have a safe and fun class!

**When your ticket is purchased, your name will be added to a class roster. This roster will be given to retail. This is where you will check in and wait for class when you arrive. Our baker will come greet and lead you to your class.
