Seasonal Bakes PanettoneThe origins of this traditional Italian holiday sweet bread date back to 15th century Milan, when a large loaf of bread was crafted in every Milanese home and marked with a cross by the master of the house. No Italian Christmas is complete without Panettone. Ours is loaded with dark raisins, candied orange and lemon peel, lemon and orange zest, vanilla, honey and both a yeast and natural starter. Light and delicious with the delicate scent of citrus. Available mid November and December only. StollenOur traditional German Christmas bread really is exceptional, packed full of both golden and dark raisins, dried cranberries, crystallized ginger, whole and slivered almonds, candied orange and lemon peel, orange and lemon zest, dark rum, cardamom, nutmeg, cracked black pepper and marzipan. Sealed with real butter and drifted in confectioners’ sugar. Our Stollen is free of trans-fats, travels well and lasts for weeks, although we’ve never heard of one staying around that long. Available mid November and December only.
